Knowledgepool KNOWS LEARNING

Knowledgepool are widely regarded as one of the leaders in Learning and Development transformation. As a company whose expertise is centred on providing total learning solutions, Knowledgepool required a website that would serve as a platform to promote this expertise to a wider audience.

As well as a new website, Knowledgepool also required marketing solutions in-line with their brand guidelines. With this in mind, we suggested SEO and Social Media as tools for increasing their audience and promoting their brand’s identity.

01. Web design

For Knowledgepool, the decision was easy – we suggested a cutting-edge WordPress site which would be designed by us to their exacting specifications. WordPress is a fantastic platform that looks great, is easy to use and offers a fantastic range of customisable options through a wide range of plugins. Of course, the site had to follow Knowledgepool’s own guidelines, and so we set out to create a site that conformed closely to the client’s brief.

Our web design, SEO and graphic design teams worked closely to build a website that is responsive and sleek. Each page was designed following Knowledgepool’s brand theme – triangles – which resulted in a finished product that was both unique and eye-catching. The client also requested a case study section to be added to reinforce their previous success in the user’s mind.

02. SEO

Following our meeting with Knowledgepool, our goal was clear – to create a multi-service SEO campaign that would succeed in ranking Capita Apprenticeships on the first page of Google. Thanks to careful research and our combined experience of creating successful campaigns in the past, the SEO team were able to achieve this goal in just a few short months.

As well as on-page optimisation provided by our in-house optimisers, our writing team have been instrumental in expertly crafting content intended to inform and promote Knowledgepool further. Capita Apprenticeships recently rebranded as Knowledgepool, but their SEO goals have remained unchanged.

03. Social Media

Knowledgepool requested a meeting with our in-house social media specialist as they were eager to increase their online presence. Following extensive research, a long-term plan was devised. To start with, our social media team scheduled daily content with the aim of engaging with Knowledgepool’s audience. To ensure that these posts really stood out, eye-catching graphics were created by our talented in-house design team.

New branding was instigated, and additional work was also carried out on both Knowledgepool’s business and Google+ pages. Finally, we targeted Knowledgepool’s main media social media channels in order to increase their followers with a view of creating more conversions.
